Statistics and reports
The questions and answers from the app's Help, in full. In the app, it's behind the "?" button and uses the word you chose in Settings (patient, student…); here, "client".
8.1 — Where do I see how much I received this month?
Statistics tab → "Overview", by month, week or day (the adjust button at the top shows these options). Shows:
Received: the money that came in during the period.
Forecast (month): what falls due in the month. For clients who pay after their sessions, it is the previous month's sessions.
Value of sessions (week and day): what the period's sessions are worth, paid or not, before or after. Tap the amount to see, per client, the sessions. With a fixed monthly fee, it also shows the average per session: the fee split across the month's sessions.
Outstanding: what hasn't been paid yet.
8.2 — Can I see day-by-day evolution?
Yes, in the Overview chart. The full feature (with average ticket, cancellation rate and the evolution chart) is in the Essential and Premium plans. On the free plan you see the essential numbers.
8.3 — What's the "settlement history"?
Shows by year and month how many sessions were paid and how many remained open. Quickly see which months you've closed and which still have pending payments. In the Essential and Premium plans.
8.4 — How do I see received payments?
In Statistics, tap the amount received for the period (month, week or day). "Received payments" opens, with each payment grouped by the day it came in.
8.5 — Can I edit a payment date?
Yes. Open the client's profile (tap the name on any screen) → "History" tab → under "Payments", tap the payment (for monthly billing, the month's line) → "Edit payment date". Useful when you logged the payment late but want to keep the right date. For a monthly month, the date is the whole month's; the extras' difference, received later, keeps its own date.
8.6 — Does the "Outstanding" tab list all clients with pending payments?
Yes. It's your dashboard of what's outstanding: lists all records with unpaid sessions up to the selected month — it has a carry-on effect, meaning it also shows pending items from previous months that are still outstanding, not just the current month.
8.7 — Is there an average ticket and cancellation rate?
Yes. Average ticket = the value of the period's sessions, paid or not, divided by the number of sessions (free sessions count as zero; written-off ones are left out). Cancellation rate = % of the period's sessions that were cancelled, out of all of the period's sessions, including those still to come (vacations and pauses don't count as cancellations). % paid = how many of the period's sessions are already paid. In the Essential and Premium plans.
