Settings and customization
The questions and answers from the app's Help, in full. In the app, it's behind the "?" button and uses the word you chose in Settings (patient, student…); here, "client".
11.1 — Can I change the theme (light/dark)?
Yes. Settings → Theme. There's an automatic option (follows system) or fixed (always light / always dark). Several color palettes too.
11.2 — How do I change the language?
Settings → Language. PT, EN, or ES, or "System default".
11.3 — How do I customize the default record type?
Settings → Default record type. Sets whether new records start as "patient", "client", "coachee", etc., and the word the screens use.
Below it, "What you call your sessions": session, class, appointment, consultation or meeting. On automatic, class for students and session for the other words. The word applies to the screens, the tours, the FAQ, WhatsApp messages and the app's document templates ("Hi! A reminder of your class tomorrow at 7:00 PM.", "Therapy class receipt"). Templates you created or copied stay as you wrote them.
11.4 — Where do I change the default session duration?
Settings → Default session duration. It applies to clients without their own duration and is used to detect time conflicts.
11.5 — Can I change the default billing mode?
Yes. Settings → Default billing mode. Defines how new records are created (per session / fixed monthly / variable monthly). Each record can have its own specific configuration later.
11.6 — And the billing moment (pre/post)?
Settings → Billing moment. Sets the global default. Each record can use a specific configuration (always pre, always post, or inherits the app default).
11.7 — How do I sort the client list?
Clients tab → filter icon. Options:

Last session
A → Z (alphabetical)
Highest balance
Lowest balance
11.8 — Is there a search?
Yes. Clients tab → magnifying glass icon. Searches by name, in real time.
11.9 — Can I hide the "Today" screen?
Yes. Settings → "Show Today screen". If disabled, the home screen becomes the client list. Tours start on the Today screen: with it hidden, the app asks whether you want to show it to take the tour.
11.10 — Can I change the date format and first day of the week?
Yes, in Settings → Date and time.

It changes the calendar grid on the Schedule and where weeks start in the Statistics.
The first time, the app picks the date format and the first day of the week from your phone's region (in the US, MM/dd/yyyy and Sunday); after that, your choice applies.
