Phone calendar

Session Flow reads your phone's calendar and turns recurring appointments into clients with their schedule set up. You review each person before anything comes in.
How it works
- In Settings › Phone calendar, choose the calendars (none is selected for you) and the date to start from.
- Each person shows up on a card, with their time slot, how long they have been on your calendar and the meeting link, if there is one.
- On each card, choose session, event or skip. Adjust the name, the fee and how you charge right there.
- At the end, a summary of what will come in; the app asks about reminders before importing.
Same name, different people?
When two appointments share a name, the app asks whether they are the same person before building the cards. It never merges two people on its own.
Existing clients stay as they are
If someone is already in the app on the same days and times, they're simply linked to the calendar: their history, payments and fee don't change. At a different time, you choose: add another time slot, the time changed, or leave it as is.
You choose the start date
Nothing comes in before the date you choose: today, or the 1st of this month if you want to bring in the sessions that already happened. A session deleted from the calendar comes in cancelled, and a moved one comes in rescheduled to that day and time.
Check against your calendar
After the first import, the app compares your calendar with what's in the app and shows only what changed there: a moved session, a deleted one, a new time, a series that ended. One difference per card, and nothing changes until you apply it.
Privacy
The app only reads your calendar: nothing is written to it, and nothing leaves your phone. The reading stays on your device, as the Privacy Policy says.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work with Google Calendar?
Yes, on Android and iPhone: the app reads your device's calendar, with the accounts on it, such as Google, iCloud and Outlook.
Does it cost anything?
No. Importing from your calendar is on every plan, including the free plan, which covers up to 4 active clients.
Does it work on a computer?
Importing happens on your phone or tablet, where your calendar is. With the cloud on, what you brought in shows up on your computer too.
Does the app change my calendar?
No. It only reads: nothing is created, changed or deleted in your calendar.
