Delete your account — Session Flow
Version 1 · November 2, 2026
English translation. The Portuguese version is the official one and prevails in case of any discrepancy.
Update of November 7, 2026: "What is deleted" now includes the follow-up and block links you sent and your page's waiting list (the name and email of the people waiting for a time). "What is kept" now includes the record of each entry on the waiting list (date, time and IP), 6 months, as the Privacy Policy says (section 4.9).
This page shows how to delete your account in Session Flow, the scheduling and payments app by Mundi Labs. The person responsible for the app is Kaio Rafael de Oliveira Diniz (Privacy Policy, section 1).
Your account is your cloud account, created when you sign in with Google or Apple. If you never turned on the cloud, you don't have an account: your data is only on your device (see "No cloud, no account" at the end of this page).
How to delete your account
There are three ways. Pick one.
1. In the app (Android, iPhone or iPad)
- Open Settings: on a phone, tap the gear at the top of the first tab (Today); on a tablet, tap Settings at the bottom of the left bar.
- Under Account, tap Cloud & privacy.
- In the Account section, tap Delete account.
- Read the warning, type DELETE and tap Delete account.
- Sign in again with Google or Apple. The app asks for this for security, before deleting.
That's it: the account is deleted right away, and the cloud shows as "Off — your data stays only on this device".
2. On the web
- Open app.getsessionflow.app and sign in with your account (Google or Apple).
- Click Settings at the bottom of the left bar. In a narrow window, like a phone's, tap the gear at the top of the first tab.
- Follow steps 2 to 5 of the app. To sign you in again, the browser opens a Google or Apple window.
The web app only opens your account with an active plan that includes the cloud (Premium or Premium Agenda). Without one, use the app or email.
3. By email
Write to mundi.labs.flow@gmail.com from your account's email address, asking for the deletion. That address is how we know the request is yours. We reply within 15 days.
Use this way if you no longer have the app, if you can't sign in, or if Delete account doesn't show up for you.
What is deleted
When the account is deleted, we immediately delete:
- the sign-in account: the identifier, the email and the sign-in method (Google or Apple);
- everything the app kept in the cloud: records, schedule, payments, documents, templates, settings and the activity log;
- the link to your subscription (the plan, the store, the expiry date and the receipt code);
- online booking, if you used it: the page goes offline, with everything you published on it (such as the address, photo and cover, free times and Pix key), your clients' requests, the links to booked times, the follow-up and block links you sent and the waiting list (the name and email of the people waiting for a time).
We don't make our own backup copies. What leaves the cloud can't be recovered.
What is kept, for how long and why
Some records are kept separately, out of the app's reach, and are deleted on their own at the end of the period:
- Access records (such as the date, time and IP address of each use of the cloud, including the deletion request): each one is kept for 6 months. They are kept for security and to follow Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014, art. 15).
- Acceptance record (the versions of the Terms and the Policy you accepted, with the date, time, IP and sign-in method, plus the account email): 5 years after the deletion. It is kept only for our defense, if there is a dispute about the acceptance. The period is the one in Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (art. 27).
- Online booking: the record of each request made through your page and of each entry on the waiting list (date, time and IP of the person who asked) is kept for 6 months; and an email address that bounced a message or marked it as spam stays on a list for 12 months, only so we don't send to it again. Some short-lived anti-abuse checks, like the verification code, which is valid for 15 minutes, are deleted on their own within a few days.
- Server logs, which may include the account identifier and the IP: Google Cloud's standard period, usually 30 days.
- Temporary technical copies in Google's infrastructure follow Google Cloud's own deletion policy.
For example: with the account deleted on November 2, 2026, the last access record goes in May 2027, and the acceptance record in November 2031.
The data on your devices
- On phones and tablets, the data is not deleted. The app keeps working, only on the device, without the cloud. On the account's other devices, sync stops, and what was already on them stays there.
- In the browser, the data is only there while you are signed in: once the account is deleted, it leaves the browser.
- Want to delete everything? Delete the account first. Then, on each device, use Settings › Delete all data, at the end of Settings, or uninstall the app. Before that, if you want, save a copy in Settings › Backup & Restore.
Your subscription stays with the store
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a monthly or yearly subscription: the store keeps charging until you cancel it there. Billing, renewal and cancellation are handled by Google Play or the App Store (Cloud Terms of Use, section 8).
- Android: Google Play › Subscriptions › Session Flow › Cancel.
- iPhone and iPad: Settings › your Apple ID › Subscriptions › Session Flow › Cancel.
No cloud, no account
The cloud is optional and comes with the Premium and Premium Agenda plans. Without it, you use Session Flow with no account, and your data stays only on your device: we don't receive your data, and there is no account to delete.
To delete that data, use Settings › Delete all data or uninstall the app. Android and iPhone may include the app in the device backup (Google or iCloud), depending on your Google or Apple account settings; that backup is yours, and you delete it in those settings. Files you exported (backups, PDFs, spreadsheets) stay wherever you saved them.
