About Session Flow
Session Flow is a scheduling and payments app for professionals who see regular clients by the session: therapists, counselors, psychologists, speech therapists, nutritionists, tutors. It builds your calendar from each client's record and shows, session by session, what has been paid and what's still open.
What the app does
- Add a client once, with the fee and how often you meet (weekly, every other week, monthly, "the last Thursday of the month"…), and the month's sessions show up on their own.
- Holidays, vacations and days off remove the sessions on those days; everything picks back up afterward.
- One tap marks a session as paid. Anything unpaid goes into your total to collect, client by client.
- A payment reminder comes out ready for WhatsApp, listing the open sessions and the total (Premium).
- PDF receipts, attendance letters and a superbill template, with your details and the client's.
- Monthly statistics: received, forecast and what's left to collect; insights and charts on the Essential and Premium plans.
- Brings in appointments from your phone's calendar, without changing anything there.
- Works in English, Portuguese and Spanish, with your country's currency and date format.
What it is not
Session Flow is not a clinical record: there are no fields for diagnoses or clinical notes. It only keeps what your calendar and payments need.
It is not a full practice management system either, with front desk, insurance claims and invoicing. It is the pocket app for people who work on their own and want their calendar and their session income in one place.
Where it runs
Android (phone and tablet), iPhone and iPad. On Premium, with the cloud on, also in your computer's browser, at app.getsessionflow.app, with the same data.
Privacy
Without the cloud, everything stays on your device: we don't receive, see or store what you record. No account required, no ads, no trackers. The cloud is optional, part of Premium and only works if you turn it on; it keeps a copy on Google Cloud, in São Paulo, Brazil, to sync your devices.
Who makes it

About the name
The official name is Session Flow, with a space, and that is how the app is listed on Google Play (package com.sessionflow.sessions) and on the App Store. In searches it also shows up written "SessionFlow". Other products in other fields have similar names; the scheduling and payments app is this one, and its official website is getsessionflow.app.
