Cloud sync
PremiumStart on your phone. Pick up on your computer.
Session Flow cloud sync keeps your phone, tablet and computer in step, and opens the app in your browser, on a screen made for working at a desk.

The app on your computer
Open app.getsessionflow.app in your browser and sign in with the same Google or Apple account you use on your phone. Nothing to install.
- your client list and profile side by side;
- day, week and month views of your calendar;
- documents with a preview alongside;
- Insights, with your practice's charts;
- keyboard shortcuts for screens and search.
Your whole calendar at once

On a big screen, the calendar shows the day, the week or the whole month, with each session colored by where it stands: paid, unpaid or coming up.
Every device in sync
Marked a payment on your phone? It shows up on your computer and tablet. Syncing happens on its own and only sends what changed.
New phone? Sign in with the same account and your data comes right down. Session reminders are scheduled on each device.
Every change on record
The Activity log shows what changed, when and on what kind of device (Android, iPhone, iPad or browser): a payment received, a rescheduled session, a new rate. It shows up on all your devices and exports to a spreadsheet.
Security and privacy
- your data is stored on Google Cloud in São Paulo, Brazil;
- it is protected in transit and at rest, and only your account can access it;
- without the cloud, nothing leaves your device;
- turn the cloud off, delete its data or your account from within the app, anytime.
Session Flow is not a clinical record: there are no fields for diagnoses or clinical notes.
The cloud isn't a backup
It syncs: anything you delete on one device goes away on the others. To keep a copy, keep exporting backups from Backup & Restore.
Frequently asked questions
How much does the cloud cost?
It's part of Premium (monthly, yearly or lifetime). You'll see the price in the store, in your local currency.
What if my plan ends?
The cloud stops, and its data is kept for 90 days; after that, it is deleted. What is on your devices stays.
Can I sign in with both Google and Apple?
Yes. In Cloud & privacy › Sign-in methods, link both to the same account. If you lose access to one, you can sign in with the other.
I have data on my phone and in the cloud. What happens?
The first time, the app asks: merge both (nothing is lost), use only the cloud data or use only the data on this device.
