Session Flow for tutors
Session Flow is a scheduling and payments app for professionals who work by the session. For tutors and private teachers — languages, music, test prep, homework help — the session is the lesson: add each student once, with the time and the fee, and the month's lessons appear on their own, with the monthly fee or the price of each lesson.

Lessons that repeat, bills that add themselves up
- Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 pm: two rules, and the whole month lands on the calendar. Holidays and your time off remove the lessons on those days.
- A fixed monthly fee, a price per lesson or the sum of the month's lessons: you pick per student, and the app does the math. A rate increase starts on the date you set.
- Make-up lesson? Reschedule it or add an extra one. A student who skipped: the no-show is recorded and, if that is your policy, stays on the bill.
- Lesson packages paid up front become a balance that each lesson draws from (Premium).
Small groups
A group is one time slot with several students, each with their own fee, their own absences and their own payments (Premium). Someone who joins mid-semester is counted from the day they join.
Trial classes
A new student can start with trial classes: you book them one at a time, with their own price (or free). When they sign up, "Start classes" creates the standing slot and the billing you agreed on, and the trial stays in the history.
Reminders, payment messages and receipts
The lesson reminder comes out ready for WhatsApp, with the time and the video link for online lessons. On Premium, so does the payment message: the open lessons and the total, ready to send to the parents or the student. PDF receipts and attendance letters, with your details, in seconds.
Questions tutors ask
The parents pay. How does that work?
The record's contact can be the parent's: that is where the WhatsApp reminder and payment message go. The record's name is still the student's.
Can I see how much each group brought in this month?
Statistics show what came in, what's forecast and what's left to collect, by month, week or day, with the breakdown by student. Insights and charts are part of the Essential and Premium plans.
I teach at a school and privately. Does it cover both?
The app is for your own practice: add your private students and, if you like, the school hours as events, just so they appear on the calendar, with no billing.
