Session Flow for psychoanalysts
Session Flow is a scheduling and payments app for professionals who see people by the session, and it can call them analysands. For an analytic practice, it takes care of what wears you down: the schedule of those who come more than once a week, the monthly fee and the breaks.

Two or three sessions a week, set up once
- Each standing time is a rule, and an analysand can have as many as needed: Monday and Thursday at 8 am, for example. The month's sessions show up on their own.
- Your summer and winter breaks take every session in the period off the calendar at once. When an analysand travels, a pause of their own does the same.
- Analysis ended? The record is closed, its history is kept, and anything still open stays visible until you settle it.
Monthly fee, per session or both
Charge per session, a fixed amount per month, or the sessions that took place in the month. With a monthly fee, a pause can discount the month, and a fee increase starts on a set date without touching the past. Changed the arrangement along the way? The app keeps each period as it was.
What hasn't been paid stays open, by month or by session, and the Clients screen shows how much is left to collect and from whom. One tap marks it as paid.
Asking for payment, with tact
On Premium, the payment reminder comes out ready for WhatsApp — the month, the session dates and the total — and you set the tone before sending. The session reminder, with the video link for online sessions, is on every plan.
Receipts and confidentiality
Receipts per session or per month and attendance letters as PDFs, with your details and the analysand's. The app is not a clinical record: it keeps no clinical notes, only the schedule and the payments. And without the cloud, nothing leaves your device.
Questions psychoanalysts ask
Which word does the app use for the people I see?
The one you choose in Settings: analysand, therapy client, patient or client. The screens, the reminders and the documents follow it.
What happens to a missed session?
You record the no-show. It stays on the record and on the bill, as is usual in analysis. If you won't charge for it, cancel the session instead.
And an extra session in the week?
From the day's card or the record page: "Add extra session", at the fee for that date. It goes into the calendar and into what's left to collect like any other.
