Session Flow for nutritionists
Session Flow is a scheduling and payments app for professionals who work by the session. In nutrition practice the session is the appointment: the first consultation, the follow-ups every two weeks or every month, the package. The app books them at once and shows what has been paid and what is still open.

Consultation, follow-ups and packages
- A follow-up every two weeks or once a month: one rule, and the calendar fills in for the months ahead.
- A client who books as needed: a one-off record, with each appointment booked on the spot.
- A prepaid package: the payment becomes a balance, and each appointment draws from it (Premium).
- Holidays and your vacation take the appointments off those days; a client who travels gets a pause of their own.
Payments and reminders
Each appointment shows its fee and the Mark as paid button. Whatever is open goes into the total to collect, client by client. On Premium, the payment message comes out ready for WhatsApp; the appointment reminder, with the time and video link, is on every plan.
Receipts
Receipts per appointment or per month, attendance letters and a superbill template, as PDFs, with your details and the client's.
What it does not keep
Session Flow is not a clinical record or a nutrition assessment tool: there are no fields for measurements, meal plans or progress. It takes care of the calendar and the payments, and the data stays on your device (the cloud is optional, on Premium).
Questions nutritionists and dietitians ask
Can I record a consultation plus follow-ups as one package?
Yes. A prepayment (Premium) records the amount paid at once, and each appointment draws from the balance. You can see how many are left.
And clients who pay per appointment?
That is the default: each appointment has its own fee and its own payment, marked with one tap.
Does it work on my office computer?
On Premium, with the cloud on: app.getsessionflow.app in your browser, with the same data as your phone.
