Session Flow for speech-language pathologists
Session Flow is a scheduling and payments app for professionals who work by the session. In speech therapy, much of the week is standing sessions, once or twice a week, often with children — and with a parent on the other end of the bill. The app is built for that routine.

The week's schedule, without redoing it every month
- Mondays and Wednesdays at 2 pm: two rules, and the month's sessions appear on their own. Holidays and your time off remove the sessions on those days.
- No-shows and reschedules are kept in the client's history. The no-show stays on the bill if that is your policy; if not, cancel the session.
- Discharge: the record is closed and the history is kept.
The parent as the contact
The record's WhatsApp number can be the parent's: that is where the session reminder goes and, on Premium, the ready-made payment message with the dates of the open sessions and the total. The record's name is still the child's.
Receipts and attendance letters
Receipts per session or per month, attendance letters and a superbill template, as PDFs, with your details and the client's, ready to send to whoever needs to present them.
No clinical record, no mandatory cloud
There are no fields for evaluations, progress or diagnoses: the app keeps the calendar and the payments. Without the cloud, everything stays on your device; with it (Premium), the same data on your phone, tablet and computer.
Questions speech-language pathologists ask
I see the same child twice a week. How do I set that up?
With two rules on the same record, one per weekday. If the fees differ, each rule has its own.
Can I bill monthly for the sessions that happened?
Yes: the "monthly variable" mode adds up the month's sessions; "monthly fixed" charges one amount per month, with a discount for a pause when the client travels.
Can I bring in the schedule that's already on my calendar?
Yes. The app reads your phone's calendar and creates the records you confirm, without changing anything there.
